Great question! We stir our cauldron twice a week to formulate our MagicSoaps, and most orders are ready to fly out on their broomsticks by the weekend. For example, if an order is conjured up in your store on a Tuesday, the tracking number will probably start showing magical events by Friday. We use the super-speedy USPS, which usually whisks our products across the United States in just three business days. Abracadabra!

We wish we could, but unfortunately, due to our location in Canada, we are unable to accept returns. Import tariffs in Canada make returning products quite costly. But fear not, you can always accept returns at your store if you have your own business address. We truly appreciate your understanding!
